一、集团化经营,打造国内一流工作平台  
  上海同华特种土木工程有限公司是具有独立法人资格的特种工程公司,取得了加固、纠偏及平移的特种专业资质。上海市认定的高新技术企业。上海市建筑物鉴定与加固标准技术委员会主任委员单位、全国建筑物鉴定与加固标准技术委员会副主任委员单位。同济大学国家科技园三个园区中连续四年(2006~2009年)获得上海市重合同守信用AAA级的单位之一。通过了ISO9001:2008国际质量体系认证。


  上海同济司贝土木工程有限公司由同济大学创办成立于一九九四年,是国内最早进行特种工程研究和施工的少数单位之一,方法的创新以及特种工程施工量均列全国前茅。为了集团化经营的需要,现分别注册为总承包公司和特种工程公司:上海同济司贝公司为房屋建筑及市政公用工程总承包公司,上海同华特种公司为特种工程公司。上海同济司贝公司质优高效地完成了大量的房屋维修改造及新建工程。


  珠海市建筑设计院上海分院,具有建筑设计甲级、咨询甲级以及城市规划乙级等资质,是全国建筑设计市场最早开展加固移位和纠偏等特种工程设计业务的单位之一,具有丰富的相关设计经验,并且完成了大量的新建工程的规划、设计和咨询。


  二司一院整合成国内第一家既具有建筑、市政桥梁总承包资质和特种工程全行业(加固、纠偏、平移)施工资质,又具有甲级设计、咨询资质的特种集团公司。能够独立完成特种工程从检测鉴定、设计直至施工的全过程工作。
 
二、产、学、研结合,打造国内一流技术平台
  紧密结合生产实践,进行科研攻关,形成公司的核心技术优势。


  公司承担参与了本行业国家首部《建筑结构加固工程施工质量验收规范》、国家首部《砌体结构补强加固技术规范》、国家首部《工程结构加固材料安全性鉴定技术规范》、《混凝土结构加固设计规范》修订版以及国家首部《双曲拱桥加固改造技术规程》等五部国家规范规程的起草和编制工作。公司人员作为主要起草人除参与了前述五部国家规范规程以外,还参与了现行《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 5001-2001)、《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 5023-2009)和《建筑抗震加固技术规程》(JGJ 116-2009)共八部国家规范规程的的起草和编制工作,国家科技主管部门国家科技支撑计划《建筑工程抵御特大地震灾害综合应用技术研究》,同济大学主持单位,本企业为主要参与单位,正在进行;国家科技主管部门国家科技支撑计划《既有建筑移位改造关键技术研究》,同济大学为主持单位,本企业为主要参与单位,正在进行;上海市科技主管部门基金项目:新型轻木结构房屋体系开发应用,中加合作,科研成果已成功应用于都江堰向俄小学新校舍建设(新闻联播已重点介绍),是木结构用于强震地区学校建设的开基之作,同济大学主持,本企业为主要参与单位,已完成。


  是国内本行业内唯一参加了上述所有(共八部)国家规范规程编制和国家科技支撑计划研究的公司。
由同济大学、上海大学以及包括土木工程各学科带头人的著名专家、教授、国家设计大师和院士组成的专家委员会提供技术支持。把工程实践中发现的关键问题,由包括研究生在内的专门研究团队及时在同济大学国家重点试验室进行试验研究,为公司技术保持国内外领先提供了有力的保障。

三、拼搏出“建筑奇迹”,创造三个“中国第一”


  (一)“中国第一改”
  中央电视台新闻频道、新华社等多家电视媒体,人民日报、文汇报等多家国家报纸以及新浪、搜狐和网易等门户网站都集中进行了全方位的新闻报道,被称为“中国第一改” (详见视频和典型工程介绍)。

  由巨型老工业建筑改造成创意园的上海法兰桥创意园10号楼,不仅单体体量大而且层数、建筑高度和结构高度均创造了国内第一,这些创造第一的高度、层数以及多次改建造成的不统一的多种结构形式,必然在抗震要求、结构安全和功能实现上产生出老工业建筑改造成创意园难度质的飞跃的国内第一。
加固费用仅为新做建筑的13.9%,业主不仅省钱、省时、省心,而且节能环保。


  加固改造难点:

  (1)抗震等级高,为二级抗震等级建筑,抗震构造措施复杂;
  (2)防火等级高,防火设计复杂,为一级防火建筑。老工业厂房改创意园的一级防火建筑加固改造国内尚无先例;

  (3)本工业建筑“先天不足”;

  (4)本工业建筑“年老体弱”。


  (二)“中华第一移”
  上海市原民立中学四号楼移位工程被中央电视台CCTV1、新华社、中央电视台新闻频道、上海东方卫视、上海电视台外语频道等多家电视媒体,人民日报、人民网、文汇报等多家国家报纸集中的全方位的新闻报道。


  中央电视台CCTV1新闻报道该工程创造了“建筑奇迹”、“世界古建筑移位历史上史无先例”,“施工难度在世界古建筑移位历史上尚属首次”;新华社、人民日报、文汇报报道“中华砖木古建筑第一移” (详见视频和典型工程介绍)。


  四个移位行业新突破是:
  (1)初始推动及移位过程平稳,没有振动和裂缝; 

  (2)由凭经验到精确计算的突破;
  (3)由外科式监测到全体位监测的突破;

  (4)由点加固到全方位体系、节点和重点的加固。


  (三)“中国第一样板”
  中国房地产报、上海青年报等媒体以“同济文远楼:老建筑生态节能改造的“样板间””作了报道。


  “文远楼的节能改造,就是为了综合运用生态技术,为今后世博会老厂房节能改造做试点。”担任着上海世博会总规划师的同济大学建筑与城市规划学院院长吴志强说。作为全国老建筑节能改造的样板、“生态世博”先行示范项目,“历史保护建筑的生态节能改造在我国尚无先例,文远楼可以说是创此先河”。


  此外,公司还完成了众多的建筑加固、移位、桥梁加固顶升、建筑物纠偏和水工、隧道工程的加固除险等有影响的工程三百余项。
