主要职责：

Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Gasification Unit ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries. 
在气化装置操作维护中推进和服从空气化工全部环保、健康、安全标准，进行持续改进以达到或优于管理目标。终极目标是“零伤害”。

Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 
实施现场按时巡检，发现和消除可能的安全危害。确保气化单元安全、高效运行，服从和满足合同要求，不断提高装置在线运行率。

Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements. 
必须遵守工艺安全、变更管理及运行装置危险性分析提出的有关安全要求。

1.Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
对气化装置现场操作进行持续改进，并分享气化装置运行经验。
2.Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team. 
对本班新的气化装置现场运行人员进行岗位培训。
3.The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement. 
气化外操必须做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，对现场操作故障进行处理和检查确认，使气化单元稳定可靠运行。
4.The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Gasification Unit led and coordinated by  Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown. 
气化外操应能在主操的带领下，根据预想事故处理方案对气化单元作现场紧急处理，并在副操的指令下协助恢复已跳车或停车单元的运行。
5.Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools. 
严格按照分析频次或主操的要求、取样流程进行取样操作，并进行取样后现场阀门检查确认工作。负责所用分析取样器具的维护保养、使用前安全检查工作，严禁使用不安全取样器具.
6.Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2 H2S, Methanol, Propylene, etc. 
掌握所辖工作范围内取样介质的SDS，如：氢气、氮气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫化氢、粉煤、灰水等。
7.Record daily/monthly Production report. 
做好日常日报表、月报表的抄写工作。
8.Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.  
与用户保持良好沟通和紧密合作，协助维护维修人员做好预防性保养工作。
9.Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports. 
参加有关安全会议，履行日常安全检查工作（如：现场安全执行评估系统SAM、现场安全持续改进计划SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作许可证Safety work permit、持续改进管理系统CI、安全实践培训等）
