This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of the ASU plant in Shenyang, Liao Ning province. Supervise /Lead the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity/Liquid production per production Plan, and be responsible for site safety, efficient/reliable Operation of the Plant, lead safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist maintenance engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance work and other assigned works by Production supervisor. This position will be reporting to Plant Production supervisor.
这是一个轮岗工作，负责辽宁省沈阳市ASU工厂的日常运作。监督/领导当班生产，确保气体产品供应的完整性/液体生产按照生产计划进行，并负责现场安全，工厂的高效/可靠运行，领导安全检查和一般轮班例行检查，协助维修工程师实施预防性维修工作和生产主管分配的其他工作。该职位将向工厂生产主管汇报。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently. 与当班操作员和工程师紧密合作，负责工厂的日常运作，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，拖车装载，日常现场/设备检查等。确保工厂安全高效地运行。
Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc. 带领操作人员进行工厂启动/紧急停机/紧急响应，故障排除等。
Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance. 协助维护工程师实施预防性维护。
Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors. 协助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全。
Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports. 召开安全会议，进行安全审核(包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、安全行动培训等)，撰写安全报告。
Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc. 作为安全许可证签发人，签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维护安全/施工安全等。
Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team, commercial team etc. 与客户保持良好沟通，密切合作。与物流、客户、本地运营团队、GSSM团队、OTS团队、商务团队等紧密合作。
Lead the new operator training / the plant operating procedures etc. 带领新员工培训/更新工厂操作程序等。
Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR. 具备一定的维修能力，能及时独立完成部分预防性维修任务、MI工作、故障排除及相关设备检查，并配合工程师完成大修。
Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager. 服从公司的工作安排，完成工厂经理交办的其他任务。

JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求
Degree in Chemical engineering and other related majors. 化学工程或其他相关专业学历。
At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company. 至少3年制造业工作经验。
ASU experience /good safety knowledge /English ability would be preferable.ASU经验/良好的安全知识/英语能力优先。
