PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要岗位职责）
1、Facilitate annual setting of EH&S key performance indicators and collaborate with all facilities to ensure EHS embedded and foundational to the success of safe operation.
2、Facilitate annual EHS improvement plans and support line management to ensure their successful execution at site level.
3、Track environmental, health and safety performance and report improvement opportunities to top management.
4、Lead to take compliance audit, provide in-depth problem-solving knowledge to improve site safety and environmental performance while concurrently meeting business goals.
5、Monitor, evaluate and implement the emerging Chinese legal, regulation, standards, and other requirements on EHS; Assess the impact of new and changed legal and other requirements.
6、Work collaboratively with all levels of site organization; coach, train, and mentor facility leadership regarding site EH&S program requirements, expectations, and methodology.
7、Provide environmental, health and safety training as required by AP policy and regulatory authorities.
8、Manage EHS incident/injury reporting and recordkeeping requirements, participate incident investigation process and conduct root cause analysis for EH&S significant incidents.
9、Responsible for successfully managing health, safety, and environmental compliance to comply with AP EH&S policies/standards/global best practices.
10、Interface with regional and peer site EHS personnel to lead initiatives, share learnings/best practices and collaborate on execution plans.
11、Manage and facilitate EHS local audits and corporate audits and act as site liaison for governmental & agency inspections, information exchange and mutual assistance.

12、Establish and develop the process for the governmental agencies on site audit and inspection; Communicate and deal with local government for EHS issues effectively.
13、Lead the governmental required process like cleaning production, safety standardization, safety dual management system, emergency response plans, monitor improvements of major hazard installations etc.
14、Work closely with Permitting team to proceed with operational licenses and external authority audits.
15、Any other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）

Candidates for this position with be evaluated on the basis of the following:
1、Demonstated managerial leadership and proven interpersonal skills.

2、Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection.

3、 Bachelor degree or above of safety, environment, or chemical engineering related, national certified safety engineer certificate is required.

4、 More than 8 years EHS management experience and minimum 3 years of leadership, working experience of coal gasification/purification is preferred.

5、 Good experience on the communication with governmental agencies.

6、 Be familiar with EH&S law, regulation, standard and OSHA requirements.

7、 Good command of English in writing & conversation.

8、 Good communication skills, team work spirit, problem solving skill.
