岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

In this position, you are responsible for promoting the safety behavior and standards of contractors. Supervise and lead the contractors to follow the safety rules on-site, and regular safety review and audit on contractors.

Main tasks

1. 评估承包商的安全表现, 审查高风险工作的工作安全分析（JSA）和工作计划；
2. 监督承包商现场表现，协调安全简报和工作许可流程；
3. 主导事故报告与调查，提供关键任务的安全服务;
4. 与承包商沟通安全社区和最佳实践，优化承包商管理系统；
5. 确保对员工和承包商进行安全作业程序和法规的培训;
6. 识别不安全行为与条件，进行风险评估和事故调查，确保安全工作环境。

Job requirements

1. 教育背景：安全相关、工程或化学专业本科及以上学历;
2. 工作经验：3年以上化工公司安全角色或承包商管理经验;
3. 具备安全工程师证书;
4. 良好的英语读写能力。
