Key Responsibilities主要工作职责
M&E Engineering Design & Coordination机电工程设计与协调
1.Participate in the design and optimization of M&E systems for construction projects, focusing on mechanical equipment, electrical installations, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and automation control systems.参与建筑项目机电系统的设计与优化工作，重点关注机械设备、电气安装、暖通空调（HVAC，即采暖、通风与空调）及自动化控制系统；
2.Use AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software to create, review, and modify M&E construction drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.使用 AutoCAD 及其他相关制图软件制作、审核并修改机电施工图纸，确保符合设计规范、建筑法规及行业标准；
3.Collaborate with MEP engineers, and construction teams to coordinate M&E design integration, resolve design conflicts, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.与机械设计团队及施工团队协作，协调机电设计整合工作，解决设计冲突，确保与项目整体目标保持一致。
On-Site Technical Support & Supervision现场技术支持与监督
1.Provide on-site technical guidance for M&E system installation, including equipment placement, piping, wiring, and welding work .为机电系统安装提供现场技术指导，包括设备定位、管道铺设、线路布置及焊接作业
2.Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the quality of M&E construction, verify compliance with design requirements, and address technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.定期进行现场检查，监控机电施工质量，核实是否符合设计要求，及时解决技术问题以避免项目延误；
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and proper installation of M&E equipment and materials.与承包商、供应商及内部团队协调，确保机电设备与材料按时交付并正确安装。
Quality Control & Documentation质量控制与文档管理
1.Develop and implement quality control plans for M&E works, conducting tests and inspections of systems (e.g., HVAC performance, electrical safety, automation functionality) to ensure they meet project standards.制定并实施机电工程质量控制计划，对系统（如暖通空调性能、电气安全、自动化功能等）进行测试与检查，确保符合项目标准；

Education Background教育背景
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Automation Control, Welding Engineering, or related majors (mechanical background is preferred).机械工程、电气工程、暖通空调工程、自动化控制、焊接工程或相关专业本科及以上学历（优先考虑机械专业背景）；
